Subscription and Refund Terms
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Working version, under legal review. This page is our transcription of the Subscription and Refund Terms drafted by our lawyers, corrected where the draft described a product we do not run: it was written for a subscription-only service with free trials and a cancel button in account settings, and we are none of those things. Our corrections are back with counsel and have not been signed off yet. Where this page and that draft differ, this page describes the platform you are actually using.
Plain-language summary
For convenience only and not part of the binding terms. Where it conflicts with the full terms below, the full terms control.
- Browsing is free. You only ever pay for a specific thing: a monthly Devotion to one Angel, a one-time Forbidden unlock, a tip in Whispers, sponsoring an Angel, a contribution to one of her goals, or a custom request.
- Prices are in euro and include any VAT we owe. The figure on the button is the total charged. Nothing is added at the last step.
- A Devotion renews every month until you turn it off. You turn it off per Angel, in your Profile under Devotions, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
- Because everything here is delivered the moment you buy it, confirming a purchase ends your 14-day EU right to withdraw from that purchase. The sentence directly above the confirm button says so, and pressing the button is how you agree to it.
- You can still file a withdrawal request at any time: open your Profile and, under Legal, choose "Request a refund or withdrawal". A person reviews it. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
- If something we sold you is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are untouched and section 10 explains them.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 These Subscription and Refund Terms (these "Subscription Terms") govern payment, billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds for everything that costs money on angels.space (the "Platform"). They form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1.2 The Platform is operated by:
- Registered name: Aratian Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus.
- Registration number: HE 490100.
- Registered office: Andrea Syngrou 32A, Lakatameia 2300, Nicosia, Cyprus.
- VAT number: being confirmed. It will be published here and on our Legal Notice once it is issued.
- Contact for billing, withdrawal and refunds: support@angels.space. Contact for formal legal notices: legal@angels.space.
1.3 Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on billing, withdrawal or refunds, these Subscription Terms prevail, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Our Terms of Service were written for our earlier United States offering and are being rewritten: where they still say prices are charged in US Dollars, or that tax may be added at a later step, these Subscription Terms are the ones that describe what actually happens, and section 3.4 is the position that applies to you.
1.4 These Subscription Terms are written to be consistent with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law of 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021, as amended), Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (the "Consumer Rights Directive"), and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services.
2. What we tell you before you buy
2.1 Before you confirm any purchase we show you, on the surface where you pay: what you are buying, the total price including any VAT we owe, and whether the charge is one-off or recurring. Where it recurs we also show the renewal amount, how often it renews, that it continues until you turn it off, and where to turn it off. Directly above the confirm control we show the effect of confirming on your 14-day right of withdrawal. Confirming the purchase means you have received that information.
2.2 That information is shown next to the control you press, not behind a link. Where a purchase renews, the renewal amount, how often it renews and where to turn it off appear directly under the confirm button.
3. What you can buy, and what it costs
3.1 Free and paid access. angels.space is free to browse. Heavenly content is public and needs no account at all. Creating an account is also free, and a free account can Follow an Angel and send her Whispers. There is no platform-wide subscription and no tiers to choose between. Only specific things cost money, and each is bought on its own:
- A Devotion. A recurring monthly payment to ONE Angel that unlocks that Angel's Intimate photo sets. It unlocks nothing on any other Angel, and it does not unlock the Platform as a whole. You can hold several Devotions at once; each has its own price, its own renewal date and its own cancellation.
- A Forbidden unlock. A one-time purchase of a specific piece of premium content, or of a bundle of pieces, in a Whisper thread or on a post. One charge for that item. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.
- A tip. A one-off payment you choose to send an Angel inside a Whisper thread, with a message. It buys no content.
- Sponsoring an Angel. A one-off payment sent to an Angel from her profile, outside any Whisper thread. It buys no content either.
- A contribution to a goal. A one-off payment towards a goal an Angel has set on one of her posts. The Angel sets the smallest amount she will accept for that goal and you may give more. Contributions from everyone add up towards her target, and the post that carries the goal unlocks for you once the target is reached. Until it is reached, nothing has been supplied to you.
- A custom request. A one-off payment for content an Angel makes to your description. You pay when you place the request, and the content is made and delivered to you afterwards. Nothing has been supplied to you at the moment you pay.
3.2 A Devotion gates Intimate images and nothing else. Whispers, Forbidden unlocks, tips, sponsoring, goal contributions and custom requests are open to any signed-in account, whether or not you hold a Devotion to that Angel.
3.3 Prices are per Angel, not per plan. Each Angel's Devotion price is set for that Angel. The price charged is the price shown on her Devote sheet before you confirm.
3.4 Prices and taxes. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are inclusive of any value added tax we owe on the sale. The figure on the confirm control is the total amount charged to your payment method: we add no tax, fee or surcharge at a later step. Your own bank or card issuer may separately apply a charge of its own, such as a currency-conversion fee, and that is outside our control.
3.5 What things cost at the time of writing. The figures below are our default prices, not limits: every Angel can be priced individually, both up and down, and prices can change under section 11. They are here to tell you what this platform costs, not to cap what any one item costs. The figure shown to you at the point of purchase is always the price charged:
- Devotion: EUR 2.00 per Angel per month by default.
- Forbidden bundle: usually EUR 5.00 to EUR 10.00. A bundle is priced by what is in it, so a larger set costs more, and an Angel can put her own price on a particular set.
- A single image: usually EUR 1.00 to EUR 8.00, depending on the image.
- A single video: priced by running time. At our default rates that is EUR 6.00 a minute up to three minutes (EUR 18.00), and a lower rate the longer it runs (EUR 24.00 at five minutes, EUR 30.00 at ten).
- Sponsoring an Angel: you choose the amount, starting at EUR 5.00.
- A contribution to a goal: the Angel sets the smallest amount for each goal, and it is shown on the goal itself. You can give more than that.
- A tip in Whispers: you choose the amount, starting at EUR 5.00.
- A custom request: EUR 29.99.
3.6 Eligibility. Purchases are available only to Users who meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service and the age policy, including being at least eighteen (18) years old.
4. Your order and when the contract is formed
4.1 You place an order by choosing what you want, having a valid payment method on your account, and pressing the control that confirms the purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or first give you access, whichever happens first. For most of what is sold here those are the same moment. Two things are not, and section 3.1 describes both: a contribution to a goal, where the content it unlocks arrives only once the goal reaches its target, and a custom request, where the content is made to your description after you have paid. Section 8.4 explains what that difference means for your right of withdrawal.
4.2 We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it breaches these Subscription Terms or the law, where age or identity cannot be established, or where payment is not authorised.
5. Payment
5.1 How you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are held by Stripe, not by us: we keep only a reference that lets us charge the card you saved. We never receive or store your full card number.
5.2 Authority to charge. By confirming a purchase you authorise us and Stripe to charge the amount shown to your chosen payment method. By Devoting you also authorise the recurring charge described in section 6, until you turn it off.
5.3 Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it keeps failing we may end the Devotion, and access reverts to free Heavenly content. You remain responsible for amounts properly due.
5.4 Free Credits. Some accounts hold a balance of Free Credits. Credits are a promotional grant and not money: they cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash, and they have no value away from the Platform. They act as a ceiling on what the account can spend rather than as a means of payment, so when you buy something the charge is still taken from your payment method in the ordinary way, and the withdrawal and refund rights in these terms attach to that charge.
6. Automatic renewal
6.1 A Devotion renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for a further period of the same length, at the price then shown for that Angel, until you turn renewal off. The renewal amount, how often it renews and where to turn it off are stated directly under the control you press to confirm.
6.2 How to turn renewal off. Open your Profile, go to Devotions, and turn off the auto-renew switch on that Angel's card. That switch is the cancellation: there is one control, not two, and using it is how a Devotion ends. You do this per Angel: if you hold several Devotions, turning one off leaves the others running. There is no single account-wide switch, because a Devotion is to one Angel and not to the Platform. Turning renewal off stops future charges; it does not shorten or refund the period you have already paid for.
6.3 One-time purchases never renew. A Forbidden unlock, a tip, sponsoring, a goal contribution and a custom request are single charges. Nothing about them recurs and there is nothing to cancel.
7. Free trials and promotions
7.1 We do not offer free trials. There is no trial period on a Devotion and no trial state in the product. If we ever offer one, its terms will be disclosed at the time of the offer and this section will be rewritten before it happens.
7.2 We do not offer promotional or introductory prices, and there are no promotional codes. The price you see is the price charged from the first payment onwards.
7.3 Free Credits are not a trial. They are the spending grant described in section 5.4. They do not start a subscription, do not convert into one, and nothing begins to be charged because a credit balance ran out.
8. Your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period)
8.1 The statutory right. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law of 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021).
8.2 Digital content, and how the right is lost. What you buy on angels.space is digital content or a digital service, never anything on a physical medium, and apart from the cases in section 8.4 it is delivered to you the moment you pay for it. Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive you lose the 14-day right for such content once its supply has begun, provided that you gave your prior express consent to it beginning within the 14 days, and that you acknowledged you would thereby lose the right.
8.3 How we take that consent, in practice. Directly above the control that confirms each purchase we show a short sentence stating that pressing it asks us to supply the content immediately, and that you accept you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase. Pressing the control is your express request and your acknowledgement. There is no separate box to tick and no extra step: the sentence sits on the surface where the money moves, which is where the law wants it. We record which version of that wording you were shown, and the moment you pressed it, for every individual purchase.
8.4 What that means for you. Because supply here is immediate, in almost every case the 14-day right ends at the moment you complete the purchase. It survives where supply has not begun: a custom request we have not started work on, a contribution to a goal that has not yet reached its target, or a charge taken for something that was never delivered. A tip and a sponsorship are different in kind again: you are not buying content with either, so there is nothing for us to supply. If you want one of those back, ask us through the function in section 8.6 and we will look at it. Losing the withdrawal right does not limit your rights in section 10 if what we supplied is faulty or not as described.
8.5 How to withdraw. Where the right still applies, tell us before the fourteen days expire. Use the withdrawal function in section 8.6, or send us an unequivocal statement at support@angels.space. You can use the model form in section 8.8 for that, but you do not have to: any clear statement that you are withdrawing will do.
8.6 The electronic withdrawal function. Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive, inserted by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, and section 22A of the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law of 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021) require a clearly labelled and easily accessible online function for withdrawing. Ours lives in your account area: open your Profile and, under Legal, choose "Request a refund or withdrawal". That opens a panel headed "Refunds and withdrawal", where you pick the purchase, add a reason if you want to, and file the request. The function is available throughout the withdrawal period. Filing a request is not itself a refund: a person on our team reviews every request, and we aim to reply within 5 business days. Where a withdrawal is valid we reimburse you as described in section 8.7.
8.7 Effect of a valid withdrawal. We reimburse all eligible payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event within fourteen (14) days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the reimbursement.
8.8 Model withdrawal form. You only need this if you want it: the function in section 8.6 does the same job in fewer steps, and any clear statement works just as well. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract, by email to support@angels.space or by post to the registered office in section 1.2.
- To Aratian Limited, Andrea Syngrou 32A, Lakatameia 2300, Nicosia, Cyprus, support@angels.space:
- I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content:
- Ordered on:
- Name of consumer:
- Address of consumer:
- Signature of consumer (only if this form is notified on paper):
- Date:
9. Cancelling a Devotion, and closing your account
9.1 How to cancel. Open your Profile, go to Devotions, and turn off the auto-renew switch on the Angel whose Devotion you want to end. That is the cancellation. Cancellation is per Angel: cancelling one Devotion leaves any others running. If you cannot reach that page, write to support@angels.space and we will do it for you.
9.2 When cancellation takes effect. Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless a refund is due under section 8 or section 10, it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep that Angel's Intimate access until then. The fee for the current period is not, of itself, refunded on cancellation.
9.3 Closing your account is a different thing. Cancelling a Devotion does not close your account, and closing your account is not a way to cancel a payment already taken. You can delete your account yourself: open your Profile and, under Legal, choose "Delete account". Deleting it stops the billing on your live Devotions first; some records, including payment records, are kept afterwards where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Refunds
10.1 General rule. Except where a valid right of withdrawal applies (section 8), or where the law requires otherwise, fees are not refundable once a billing period has started and access has been provided, and a one-time unlock is not refundable once the content has been delivered.
10.2 If what we supplied is faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits your statutory rights where digital content or a digital service is not in conformity with the contract. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Law 112(I)/2021 you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to a refund, depending on the circumstances. Our Terms of Service separately cover what happens if we remove content you paid for, retire an Angel you are Devoted to, or end your account without cause.
10.3 Refunds at our discretion. We may refund a charge in an individual case, for example after prolonged unavailability, without that creating any obligation for the future.
10.4 How a refund is made. A refund goes back to the payment method that was charged, and covers the whole of that charge: we are not able to refund part of a single charge. Approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days. How quickly the money then appears on your statement is decided by your bank or card issuer, and is commonly a further 5 to 10 business days. Where Free Credits were held against the purchase, the same amount returns to your credits balance.
10.5 A refund does not, by itself, remove access to content already unlocked, unless we tell you otherwise at the time.
11. Changes to prices and to these terms
11.1 Price changes. We may change what a Devotion costs. A change affecting a Devotion you already hold will be notified to you in advance and takes effect from the next billing period; if you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect. A change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
11.2 Changes to these Subscription Terms. We may amend these Subscription Terms in line with the Terms of Service. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable prior notice.
12. Complaints and contact
12.1 For anything about billing, renewal, withdrawal or a refund, write to support@angels.space. Our lawyers are finalising a dedicated address for consumer contract matters; until it is published, support@angels.space is the address that reaches us and it is monitored.
12.2 Complaints are handled under our Complaints Policy. Nothing in these Subscription Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, or your right to use alternative or online dispute-resolution mechanisms.
