Age Verification Policy

1. Purpose

For the purposes of this Policy, “Platform” means the online digital entertainment platform operated by Aratian Limited (the “Company”), including its website, applications, software, systems, interfaces, content libraries and related services, through which users may access, view and interact with AI-generated virtual characters, digital content, images, audio, video, text and other entertainment content made available by the Company from time to time. The Platform may utilise artificial intelligence technologies in the creation, generation, enhancement, presentation and management of certain content and functionalities available to users.

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

This Policy explains the age restrictions applicable to the Platform, the verification measures implemented by the Company and the consequences of providing false or inaccurate age-related information.

The Company is committed to preventing access to the Platform by minors and to maintaining a safe and legally compliant environment in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

2. Adults Only Service

The Platform is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). Access to the Platform is not permitted for anyone who does not meet this requirement.

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or such higher age as may be required in your jurisdiction);
• you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction;
• all information provided to the Platform is accurate, complete and up to date.

Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, browsing, subscribing to or otherwise using the Platform.

3. Age Verification Measures

To prevent access by minors, the Company may implement one or more age verification measures, including:

• Age gate: All users encounter an age confirmation gate upon visiting the Platform. Users must affirm they are 18 or older before accessing any content.
• Registration controls: The Company’s registration process includes age-based checks. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users may be flagged for review and suspended pending verification.
• Ongoing monitoring: The Company’s AI-assisted moderation systems continuously monitor for signals that may indicate an underage user, including in chat interactions. Accounts exhibiting such signals may be suspended and required to provide verification before access is restored.
• Verification upon request: The Company reserves the right to require additional age verification from any user at any time. If a user cannot provide satisfactory verification that they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended or terminated.

The Company cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations that users make regarding their age. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction regarding access to adult content.

4. False Information

Users must not:

• provide inaccurate age information;
• create accounts on behalf of minors;
• assist minors in accessing the Platform;
• circumvent verification measures;
• use fraudulent identification documents.

Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions may result in immediate termination of the account without notice.

5. Discovery of Minor Access

Where the Company becomes aware or reasonably suspects that:

• a user is under the age of 18; or
• an account has been created for or is being used by a minor,

the Company may immediately:

• suspend or terminate the account;
• remove associated content;
• cancel active subscriptions;
• retain evidence where required by law;
• take any additional action required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Parental and Guardian Reporting

If you believe a minor has improperly accessed the Service, please contact us immediately at abuse@angels.space. Include as much information as possible, including the account details if known. We will investigate promptly, block further access, and delete any data associated with the underage user.

7. Privacy and Verification Data

Information collected as part of age verification procedures may be processed for the purposes of:

• verifying eligibility to access the Platform;
• protecting minors;
• preventing fraud;
• complying with legal obligations;
• enforcing the Platform’s policies.

8. Changes to Verification Measures

The Company may modify, enhance or replace its age verification procedures at any time in order to:

• comply with legal or regulatory requirements;
• address technological developments;
• improve user safety;
• strengthen child protection measures.
